This BID Open Lecture听session would be about recognition about what's it's like to live with an invisible disability.
Dr. Robert Hartman would听offer reasons why character excellences (humility, patience, prudence, courage, and hope) improve the flourishing of a person with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (an invisible disability) and ways in which character defects (pride, impatience, impulsiveness, thoughtlessness, inconstancy, rashness, cowardice, presumption, and despair) compound its deprivations.
